It is not often that you get the opportunity to shoot an R34. Well, C3 got the chance to do just that.

Shot in the outskirts of New York City, this 1999 Bayside Blue R34 gave the moonlight some competition. With Nismo suspension, the car sits mean on Toyo R888 Racing Tires with 18”x10.5” Volk TE37 wheels. Place your hand on its Nismo titanium shift knob and press your foot on gas, because this R34 can reach speeds of up to 300mph. The car also has a Nismo short shifter for noticeably better shifting. In addition, Nismo 1.5-way limited slip differential have been installed in the front and rear.

No matter which way you view it, the R34 is a beastly-looking vehicle. Zeibart rust proofing was used on the car to ensure its custom paint is protected. The car has C-West Type-II front, rear and side skirts. When looking at it straight on, the car glares back at you with its OneEighty dual-projector demon eye HID headlights.

The car also has a full custom leather and suede interior. The dashboard uses an AEM Uegeo gauge and AEM Tru Boost Gauge. For better information flow from the engine, this R34 has a Nismo Multi-Function Display 2.0 upgrade; the data can easily be downloaded to the driver’s laptop. In addition to a Haltech Platinum Pro ECI, a 3.5 bar Map Sensor Kit was installed for better tuning.

The R34 has cams, a fuel rail, fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator from Tomei. With a custom 4-inch oval exhaust, this R34 is also equipped with a Borg-Warner 7163 EFR turbo kit. Other upgrades include: CP forged internals, a Seibon carbon cooling panel, intake air temperature sensor, OS Giken triple-disc clutch, Injector Dynamics 1700cc injectors, and a custom carbon fiber driveshaft (1200hp rated).
